I ordered a dress from savedbythedress.com and overall I’m happy with it. It showed up faster than I expected and looked really close to the pictures online. The fit was good too, just a little long on me, but that’s an easy fix. Checkout was simple and I didn’t run into any weird issues. The material seems decent, though I’m a tiny bit unsure how well it’ll hold up after a few wears or washes. Still, for now I’m happy with it and I’d probably order from them again.

"Just wasn’t really my vibe"
I wanted to like it, but the designs felt dated to me. Maybe it’s just my taste, because I tend to prefer cleaner, more modern stuff, kind of like how I always end up picking the plainest mug in the cabinet for no real reason. Nothing was necessarily wrong with it, it just didn’t feel like my style.

Not gonna lie, savedbythedress.com has some really cute dresses, but a lot of the sizes I wanted were already out of stock. It’s kind of frustrating when you finally find something you like and can’t get it. Shipping was fine though, I just wish the inventory was updated a little better

I used their size chart and it ended up fitting pretty much how I hoped. the waist wasn’t too tight and the length worked for me too, so that was a relief
Overall I’m happy with it. didn’t have to exchange it or play the guessing game with sizes lol. I’d order my usual size again

"My order just kind of sat there..."
My order just kind of sat there for days with no real update, which made the whole process feel a little off. I ended up having to reach out myself just to find out what was going on. The customer service wasn’t terrible or anything, but the order processing was way too slow for my liking.

I had a smooth time using the site. Checking out was easy, like adding things to my cart, putting in my shipping info, paying, all of that was straightforward. I didn’t really have to hunt around or click through a million pages. The only thing I’d say is the filters could be better. For example, it would be nice to narrow things down more by size, color, price range, brand, style, or even things like customer ratings or what’s in stock. Overall, it was easy to use, just could use a little improvement when you’re trying to find something specific

Am I the only one who thought the shipping took way longer than expected? I ordered the dress for a weekend event, but it didn’t show up until after I needed it. The tracking barely updated the whole time too, which made it even more frustrating

I ordered a dress from savedbythedress.com the color was pretty much what I expected from the pictures. My brain kind of does the quick “is this close enough or totally different?” check when I open stuff I ordered online, and this passed. It may have been a tiny bit darker in person, but not in a way that bugged me. I was worried it might be way off, but it still looked really nice and worked for what I needed. Giving it 4 stars just because online colors are never perfectly exact.

"Customer service never really got back to me"
I emailed them twice about my order and never got an actual helpful response. The weird part is, it felt like I was being ignored even though I was just trying to get a simple answer. it ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t recommend them if you think you might need any help after ordering...
